COD Collection Fee (Non Refundable) : ₹20 for orders below 999/- only

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS or Whatsapp.
You can track your shipment on our website or through the courier partner’s website using the tracking number provided.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the delivery fails due to:

the order may be returned to our warehouse.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact our support team with your order number and tracking details.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number are correct before placing your order.
The Purple Tree would not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please:
